Terms and Conditions


  • All activities conducted in the venue should be as per government regulations and legal. Le Roma Gardenia will not be responsible for any consequences arising due to non compliance.
  • Heavy Structures/material will not be allowed for setup for the events. Guests should ensure there is no damage to the softscape or hardscape.
  • The pool is operational from 10am - 7pm. The pool is 4-7ft deep. Guests are intimated the same for personal safety and requested that they don’t enter the pool unless they know how to swim. There are no lifeguards on duty. In case of any mishaps, Le Roma Gardenia team will not be held responsible.
  • Movement of material, staff, labor of Le Roma Gardenia against theft, misuse and damage is the responsibility of the Client during occupation.
  • In case of occurence of any of the above, the cost will be charged to the client.
  • All facilities should be used for the purpose it is made available for and all activities should take place at designated areas.
  • Clarity of the pool water cannot be assured due to reasons beyond control. Swimming costumes should be used to enter the pool
  • Safety of all the guests is the responsibility of the client. Le Roma Gardenia will not be responsible for the security of guests, their belongings or gate crashers during occupancy.  
  • Le Roma Gardenia will strictly not involve in - taking care of Guests personal needs or related activities or operating the villa during occupation
  • No refund once the payment is made - as we follow a strict no refund policy.
  • Balance payment of the total billing amount should be done 24 hours prior to check in time. If not, the booking will be considered null and void, with no refund of the advance amount.
  • Le Roma Gardenia and all its employees are indemnified against any and all acts or accidents that may arise in Guests’ stay at our properties worldwide
  • Any/all facilities at the properties will be used by the guests at their own risk
  • Management is not responsible for any risks occuring out of the use of the property. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them, their guests or any person in their group and money will be recovered to the extent of damages before check-out
  • There will be indemnification of monetary costs directly or indirectly for losses incurred during the stay. Services by our employees will stop at midnight. Post midnight every service should be managed by the guests.
  • It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises which can affect the environment.
  • Le Roma Gardenia is an old, indoor & outdoor, heritage property that has been restored by the current management team. As such, the management is not liable to be held responsible for issues (including loss of life) that arise at the property from natural calamities/acts of God or due to inadequate communal infrastructure in the surrounding areas.
  • The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the property forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
  • In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the Guests’ luggage and belongings from the room occupied. Our staff will not be liable to any loss/misplacement of any of the guests personal valuables or money.
  • We expect our clients to be punctual to their designated check-in & check out time which will be intimated in advance at the time of booking confirmations. If an extension of stay is required, settlement of past due amounts for the extended stay is compulsory.
  • Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the property.
  • Please present any ID proof issues by government upon check-in. Any damages done to the property are liable to the client.
  • Playing Loud music at the premises is restricted after 2200hrs to avoid disturbing neighbouring residents. Guests who do not comply may be asked to vacate the property.
  • The property cannot hold more than 500 floating guests during wedding events. 5 Valet staff are provided complimentary and provision of additional valet staff are based on the client’s discretion. We request clients to adhere to this guest count limitation. Breaking the limitation will constitute grounds under which the booking can stand cancelled.
  • Misbehaviour with staff will not be tolerated and is punishable by law.
  • Clients are requested to adhere to their check-in and check-out time. Delays in check-out will be billable at Rs 15k hourly for any additional hours.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATION due to Government Order restricting or banning any weddings or events to be conducted in a venue OR due to any unprecedented event like Pandemic, Epidemic, War, Natural Disaster, etc
    In case a Government Order is issued such that no weddings or events can be conducted in a venue for any reason or any emergency arising (Example: Pandemic, Epidemic, War, Natural Disaster, etc.) which is out of the venue's control, the following options are provided to guests whose events fall between the dates any such order becomes applicable:

    A) Postpone your booking
  • OR
  • B) Transfer your booking to anyone else known to you for any auspicious event
  • - The Venue Rental and Taxes Paid will not be refunded; only the refundable deposit can be refunded if paid.
  • - Only the above options for utilization of the facility would be provided as listed above.
  • - The customer acknowledges that on making a payment and confirming the booking, he or she cannot invoke force majeure to cancel the booking and demand a refund.
  • - The customer is well aware of such circumstances arising and is prepared to conduct the event or wedding as required under such circumstances or utilize the alternate options provided by the venue.
  • - Change of date will be allowed, if the date chosen is affected by a Government Order in place, restricting any events or gatherings from being conducted on your dates or because of any unprecedented event like mentioned above, not otherwise (A change of date is allowed only once for any other reasons and needs to be intimated a minimum of 2 months in advance prior to the original booking date).
  • - A credit note will be issued for the facilities booked with a validity of one year from the date the Government informs that weddings and events can be conducted (with even a limited number of guests).

  • CANCELLATION for any other personal reasons or unforeseen incidents:
  • If you are unable to conduct the wedding on your booked date for any other reasons, for example: any personal reasons or emergencies like accident, death in the family, any unforeseen incident etc. apart from Government Order restricting Conducting of events and weddings or an unprecedented event:

  • Action required:
  • In case of an unforeseen incident - Intimate us immediately, and request a change of date; proof of such an incident will be required to be produced if such an incident occurs during the period of 120 days prior to your original booking date.
  • In case of any other reason - Intimate us a minimum of 120 days prior to the booked date, and request us for a change of date.
  • The Venue Rental and Taxes Paid will not be refunded; only the refundable deposit can be refunded if paid. 25% of the total bill amount will be retained and the rest refunded within 120 or 120 days prior to the event date
  • A credit note will be issued for the facilities booked with a validity of one year from the date of intimation of change of date, which can be used by you or transferred to anyone of your choice. Dates are subject to availability.
  • Change of date will be allowed only once. No further changes will be accommodated.
  • Season and no season rates will be applicable in case on postponement.
  • All communication with the venue or its management regarding on this matter concerning the booking should be via email.

       PLEASE NOTE:

  • Liquor License
  • If you would like to have alcohol served for your event, kindly obtain a one day Liquor License from the Excise Department. You would need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from us for obtaining the license. Request you to talk to us for the same. No alcohol can be served at our premises without the one-day Liquor License. Please note if the Government does not allow consumption of alcohol on your given date at the premises, this should be strictly followed and no exception will be made.
  • Extra Beds provided in all categories (These are additional mattresses provided apart from the existing double beds with cots in the rooms)
  • A non refundable deposit of Rs 20, 000/day will be applicable for usage of the external outdoor kitchen by an external caterer
